The latest Apple mobile operating system, iOS 13, has had a few releases since it’s initial release on the 19th of September 2019. The 8th update of iOS 13 was released two days ago on the 10th of December with some new features and a few bug fixes.
Who can Download iOS 13.3
This release is for all iOS13 compatible devices, from the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus up until the newest iPhone 11. Compatible iPad’s include iPad 5th Gen and newer, iPad Air 2 and newer, iPad Mini 4 and newer and all iPad Pro’s.
Screen Time
Parents now have the ability, using Communication Limits, to control who their children are allowed to contact using Phone, FaceTime, Messages and Contacts in iCloud. These settings can be found in Settings > Screen Time > Communication Limits.
Other Noteworthy Changes
- Layout changes in Apple News+ for some publications and easy like and dislike features;
- Create a new video when trimming in the Photos App;
- Fixes in Mail, Exchange and Gmail;
- Fixes in Screenshots, Markup, Voice Memos and Wireless Charging;
- Fixes with long-press on the space bar to activate the cursor.
