Canon made waves fully releasing their flagship EOS-1D X Mark III at CES 2020. The release by the camera giant is done in great timing, as it is well before the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics, giving pro togs ample time to play around with it before the games.

Sensor & Processor
The EOS-1DX Mark III features a 20.1-megapixel Dual Pixel sensor and a brand new Digic X processor that Canon proclaims is three times faster than the previous dual Digic 6 Plus from the previous version.
Speed
New CFExpress cards, possible of coping with 1.8GB per second, is used in the Mark III. These cards are especially welcome with the increased continuous shooting that’s been bumped up to 16fps using the viewfinder or 20fps with Live View for up to 1,000 shots.
Word from Canon is that the viewfinder doesn’t have much blackout when shooting at max speed.
ISO
Its native ISO sensitivity range can now be expanded to 819,200 thanks to the upgraded sensor and processor.
Video
The 1DX Mark III is capable of 4K video at 60fps as well as Raw video by using the entire width of the new sensor. With the ability to shoot 10-bit 4:2:2 with internal Canon Log recording, colourists and video editors will be in their element.
Besides the 4K, it is also able to shoot 5.5K RAW footage internally.

Having this beast by your side, you can feel comfortable going in to the field. It is not the perfect camera for video, but photographers will have a glorious time.
